Product Utilization

Advanced Composite Sealants
Available in a wide variety of materials to effect patches, repairs, casting or part recovery.

Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps
Used for fluid transfer, typically with higher viscosity or aggressive fluids and suspension, slurry or intermittent duty services at low discharge pressures. Excellent in explosion proof areas.

API Pumps
Designed in accordance with the standards established by the American Petroleum Institute for petrochemical services.

Centrifugal Pumps
The standard for general fluid transfer. They offer the most cost effective solution for flowrates greater than 20 GPM. Types of these pumps include self-priming, submersible, turbine and open or closed impeller designs powered by every kind of motor or rotory drive.

Butterfly Valves
Compact inline valves used for clean liquids. They offer limited flow control capability.

Canned Motor Pumps
Used for the transfer of aggressive, carcinogenic, noxious, radioactive, toxic or hard to handle fluids. Provides sealless, leak-proof pumping with limited flow control.

Ball Valves
Preferred for fast acting line or component isolation. Viscous and shear sensitive fluids benefit from unrestricted flow path.

Check Valves
Used to prevent flow from going in an undesired direction. Can also be used to isolate components from downstream pipe.

Back Pressure Valves
Eliminate siphoning and improve the accuracy of metering pumps working in low pressure applications.

Diaphragm Pumps
Provide seal less, leak-proof, positive displacement of aggressive, carcinogenic, noxious, radioactive, toxic or hard to handle fluids.

Filters
Provide higher levels of particulate removal and protection against accidental inclusion of tramp material in a process.

Fluid Dynamics Analysis
Advanced analytical tools capable of providing accurate, detailed feedback of process conditions.

Knife Gate Valves
Preferred for suspensions, slurries and fluid containing fibers. These compact, inline valves also offer flow control capability.

Packages
A series of standardized solutions which address fluid handling. Typically, a tank, mixer, pump and pipe on a structural base.

Magnetic Drive Pumps
Used for the transfer of aggressive, carcinogenic, noxious, radioactive, toxic or hard to handle fluids. Provides sealless, leakproof pumping with limited flow control.

Metering Pumps
Used in a wide variety of applications and feature the maximum precision available for the control of fluid flow.

Macerators
Primarily used as the entry process in wastewater treatment where virtually anything may be coming down the pipeline.

Pinch Valves
Used for higher suspension and slurry concentrations. Excellent for limiting product shear.

Liquid Ring Pumps
An offset rotary design utilizing differential areas to provide pneumatic handling capabilities. Tolerates impurities.

Plunger Pumps
The original positive displacement design provides simple, economical solutions for clean liquids and high pressures.

Portable Mixers
Address a wide range of applications. Used for dissolving solids, making chemical solutions and maintaining suspensions.

Positive Displacement Pumps
Deliver flow by physically moving it out of the pump. Will attempt to overcome any manner of downstream restrictions.

Power Pumps
A reciprocating, positive displacement design delivering high flows at high pressures. Insensitive to fluid and process changes.

Sanitary Pumps
Serving the unique requirements of food, beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical and biotech applications. Available in sanitary materials, or certified to 3A, FDA or USDA standards.

Rotary Lobe Pumps
A positive displacement design, that handles high viscosities or suspensions and provides a large degree of flow control.

Sanitary Mixers
Serving the unique requirements of food, beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical and biotech applications.

Relief Valves
Protect equipment, pipe and process by relieving excess pressure and product to a reservoir or return line.

Sealless Pumps
Used to provide the maximum in product or environmental integrity, operating personnel safety and leakproof operation.

Pulsation Dampeners
Provide flow stabilization, eliminate water hammer and reduce pressure spikes or drops in instrumented processes.

Side Entry Mixers
Used when vertical space constraints occur with large tanks. Will dissolve solids, make chemical solutions and suspensions.

Solenoid Pumps
A metering pump that uses the reciprocating action of an electrical solenoid as its motive power. Excellent for space and energy efficiency, limited to low flow and pressure applications.

Strainers
Provide moderate levels of particulate removal and protection against accidental inclusion of tramp material in a process.

Systems
Advanced integration of multiple engineered components to effect a process solution in any application or industry.

Valve Actuators
Automatically operate a wide variety of valves from a remote location or by computer/DCS.

Top Entry Mixers
The standard design for use with large tanks. Will dissolve solids, make chemical solutions and maintain suspensions.

Vibration Analysis Software
Tracks down the source of flow pulsation, pressure pulsation, noise, vibration or valve chatter in any piping system.
